At Les Macarons, we believe dessert should do more than taste good — it should create a moment.
Our story began in 2021 in Yakima, Washington, with a simple frustration: macarons from other businesses that looked beautiful but didn’t deliver on flavor. “Birthday cake” tasted like plain vanilla. "Pistachio" felt artificial. "Lemon" lacked the bright, tart punch it promised. We knew these delicate pastries could be more — so we set out to prove it.
After relocating to Puyallup, we relaunched Les Macarons with a clear mission: to create unforgettable French macarons that taste like what they claim to be.
Every macaron we make is crafted with intention — from developing bold, true-to-name flavors to perfecting the texture of each shell and filling. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t settle for “close enough.” If it says "Strawberry", it should taste like fresh strawberries. If it’s "Cookie butter", you should instantly recognize it.
As a licensed cottage foods bakery, everything we create is made in small batches from our home kitchen in Washington, following state guidelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
But beyond flavor, Les Macarons is about connection. It’s about the smile after the first bite. The moment you pause and think, “Okay… that’s really good.” The memories created at markets, events, and gatherings where our macarons are shared.
We’re proud to be a small, women-owned business rooted in creativity, quality, and community. And for those who appreciate a little cleverness behind the name… Les Macarons has more than one meaning. We like to think it reflects our personality — a little refined, a little playful, and just bold enough to stand out.
